Netflix ScreenCraft Pathways Program 2026

We welcome Sipho Nuse to Midnight VFX as part of the inaugural Netflix ScreenCraft Pathways Programme!

Announced this week in Johannesburg, ScreenCraft Pathways training programme is a Netflix initiative delivered in partnership with the Gauteng Film Commission and the KwaZulu-Natal Tourism and Film Authority, and administered by Tshikululu Social Investments. The programme places 14 young South Africans in remunerated, hands-on roles within active productions across Netflix’s network of local production and post-production partners. They receive real industry experience, mentorship from working professionals, and access to specialist workshops focused on skills development and career advancement.
